According to art. 13 section 1 and item 2 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) hereunder we present the Privacy Policy of AC MENTORING Ltd.

ADMINISTRATOR of your data is AC MENTORING LTD. with its registered office in Warsaw at 14B Postępu Street, 02-676 Warsaw, acting as a personnel consulting company.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

a) Implementation of recruitment projects carried out at the request of our clients.
b) Forwarding job offers, which in the opinion of AC Mentoring Ltd. are in line with your professional profile.

TYPE OF PROCESSED DATA

We process data regarding names, surnames, contact details, place of employment, professional experience, remuneration, voluntarily provided by an authorized person.

BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The processing of personal data is necessary for us to fulfill our obligation of providing services related to job search and recruitment.

The basis for the processing of your personal data is voluntary consent expressed by contacting our organization (art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. A GDPR) or information collected by us and voluntarily provided by the person whose data is processed, on social networking sites such as Linkedin, Goldenline, etc.).

PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA RETENTION

We store personal data for the period necessary to complete our recruitment and consulting projects.

Caring about the safety of your data, AC Mentoring has implemented a number of safeguards to protect personal data against misuse, loss and modification. Only authorized persons have access to your personal data to the extent necessary to carry out the recruitment process.
