One of the tools that Alliance Partners offer is CultureQ, an online organisational culture profiling tool. It is non-judgmental and identifies gaps and tensions within your organisation by comparing the “experienced” culture with the “desired” culture. It will enable you to determine if your culture and your strategy are compatible.
